Delivery Area
We currently only deliver within the UK via standard delivery services.

Order Processing
•    Orders received before 3 PM will be processed on the same day.
•    Orders received after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day.
•    As all orders are managed from our physical shop, processing times may be affected by weekend and bank holidays opening times.

Shipping Options and Costs
•    Standard Shipping: £5.99 via Evri Courier, with delivery usually taking between 2 and 4 working days.
•    Express Shipping: £6.99 via Evri Courier, with delivery usually taking between 1 and 2 working days.
•    Free Shipping: Available for orders of £50 and over.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier’s website.

Order Issues: If you experience any issues with your order, such as delays, lost packages, or damaged items, please contact our team immediately. We will work to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

Holidays and Weekends: Please note our weekend and holidays opening hours may affect your delivery time. Also our shipping carriers do not operate on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy:
•    Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
