At RED Hire, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange policy.
1. Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:

- Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Alternatively, you may visit us at our physical location (details below) to initiate your return or exchange in person.
- Please note that items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
2. Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used items (unless defective)
- Custom products, including special orders or personalized items
- Perishable goods (such as concrete mixes or soil)
- Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases
- Building materials that have been opened or altered
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have concerns or questions about specific products, please contact us for further clarification.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item for a refund, and once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that the exchange is handled efficiently.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
